As most of you know, I use a fitness website/calorie counter called My Fitness Pal.
It's a GREAT tool for anyone wanting to lose weight.
They have a huge food database with pretty much any product's nutritional facts.
They also have a recipe board, exercise tracker, website tickers to track your progress, and message boards.
Most of all, there are thousands of AWESOME, truly kind and motivational members to befriend and chat with along your journey.
If you want to lose wait, gain wait, maintain your wait, or simply just track your calorie intake and exercise burning, I suggest checking MFP out!
